December 2003
Forms removed, riprap placed, site is cleaned up and fish are still biting off the back wall. Phase 1 completed. Phase 2 starting with surfacing added to the concrete, teaching areas designed and holding tanks built. Temporary solar lights and railings are placed to mark the edges and steps.
